Each business receives a Klēn® Score that is determined by using Natural Language Processing & Machine Learning models to translate first-hand data that is added to the platform and mobile app by businesses and their consumers. This score is continuously updated and refined.

The Score provides transparency and compliance to stated guidelines, this is not a score based on the business customer experience but on businesses being truthful and transparent in COVID-19 preparedness.

What does a Klēn® Score mean?

is a neutral score. It means that the business is fulfilling the most foundational COVID-19 guidelines across the different guideline categories.
is a good score. It means that the business is including a wider range of protocols in addition to the foundational COVID-19 guidelines.
is a great score. It means that the business is fulfilling the wider range of guidelines and has also implemented its own COVID-19 guidelines going beyond CDC or state expectations.
means the business is overshooting the moon with COVID-19 preparedness.
